How do you prevent having UTIs after sex?

My husband is in the Military, every time he comes home its no longer than 2 weeks. Everytime, I get a UTI. I drink plenty of water, I pee before and after I have sex, I do everything I know of to prevent them but I always get them. How can I prevent this from happening? I never get to enjoy making love while he is here because I am always in pain. Do they make medicine you can take to prevent them?

maybe go to the doc and get yourself checked out. aside from that i hear cranberry juice is a good preventative being a diuretic
