How can I get my sex life back?

I'm under 40, married for almost 2 decades, and now my sex life is dry. My husband is always tired, works, comes home, and goes to bed. He went through a depression, but come on now. I can't deal with this much longer. He knows it's important, but he lacks energy. He still flirts and says I'm attractive, but talk is boring!
Oh by the way, he tried medicine for the depression, and that made it worst! He really has low energy now. Darn!!!! I'm too young to rely on toys. Old dude at work is starting to look good, and I know he is past his prime!!! I'm just sayin!
