Is it bad to have sex with your girlfriend in between HPV shots?

My girlfriend is starting her HPV shots soon. Someone told me it was bad to have sex during this period. Is it true, and if so, what can happen if we do have sex?

depends on what number hpv disease or if she is just taking the shot to prevent it or to prevent cancer or she has a certain hpv virus you can expect genital warts, or genital herpes in as little to a month to 6 months
